Join us this Saturday in person at Intransitive or online, here on the discord server for part 1 of a 3 part art series, leading up to our final fundraiser of the year, an art auction. This weekend we will discuss our theme ” Community is Resistance” and generate conversations around what this means to you, and the creative ways to express those meanings. We will be highlighting different artists of color, discussing their work, and hopefully stirring up inspirational emotions and creative thoughts. We will begin taking submissions in late October, the deadline to submit art is Friday, November 22nd. This art auction is a fundraiser for our emergency support funds, as they are based on donation. You can create with us in this space and choose to keep your work, or you can donate it to us for the fundraiser, no more than 3 pieces per artist. Letters for tax purposes can be provided upon request.
