Join us the Second Sunday of each month to visit a queer-welcoming worship space and casually question leadership on important stances & practices over a very light potluck lunch. Sit where you like, or sit together! We’ve vetted these spaces to be affirming, to give folks the best possible chance to dip their toe back in communal worship if that’s your spiritual path. This is our third opportunity to visit a welcoming and queer-affirming congregation in central Arkansas – and this one has a modern style of worship, featuring skilled contemporary musicians in a casual environment. We’re just regular visitors to a typical service, and you can find Marie near the entrance, wearing a teal dress – say hi, and you’re welcome to sit with me!
Afterwards we’ll head upstairs for a small light potluck lunch with Rev. Kathleen, who will answer our questions about the service and congregation. Several QC members already attend this congregation, which we chose to visit based on the group’s interest.
